Подготовка к монтажу
Снять декоративные накладки с петель.
Поставить ручку в положение «поворот» и открыть створку.
Штифт верхней петли потянуть вниз при помощи отвертки, преодолев сопротивление. Придерживая створку от выпадения, наклонить её на себя и, приподняв вверх, снять с нижней петли.
Установку створки на место производить в обратной последовательности. При возвращении штифта в исходное положение необходимо зафиксировать его при помощи отвертки.
Установка монтажных пластин
Количество пластин и их расположение
Пластину установить параллельно раме и повернуть на 90°, длинным концом внутрь помещения. Закрепить пластину саморезом с буром 4×35 мм
Установка оконного блока в проем окна
Установить раму оконного блока в проём согласно схеме:
С помощью отвеса и уровня выверить положение рамы по вертикали и горизонтали. Максимальное отклонение — 1,5 мм на 1 метр, но не более 3 мм на всю высоту/ширину изделия согласно ГОСТ 30674-99. Одновременно предварительно закрепить раму в проёме путём расклинивания монтажными клиньями и прокладками.
Изогнуть пластины в рабочее положение и разметить на откосе проёма отверстия для крепления пластин. Карандашом отметить на внешней стороне рамы контур проёма.
Убрав монтажные клинья, вынуть раму из проёма. Буром диаметром 6 мм просверлить отверстия для крепления анкерной пластины. В подготовленные отверстия вставить нейлоновые дюбели диаметром 6 мм. Очистить поверхности оконного проема от пыли.
Установка ПСУЛа
ПСУЛ устанавливается, если у оконного проёма имеется четверть. Если оконный проём не имеет четверти, наружный шов герметизируется после установки оконной рамы специальными влагоизоляционными, паропроницаемыми герметиками. ПСУЛ крепится посредством самоклеящегося слоя. Наклеить ПСУЛ непосредственно с наружной стороны рамы на расстоянии 3–5 мм от разметки (рис. 7) с соблюдением следующих требований:
Установить раму в оконный проём, используя монтажные клинья, согласно схеме № 3, проверяя отвесом и уровнем положение рамы.
Закрепить по одной боковой пластине шурупами 5×60 мм в заранее установленные дюбели. Повторно проверить правильность положения рамы отвесом и уровнем. Проверить разницу длин диагоналей рамы установленной конструкции:
При длине диагонали от 1 до 2 м разница длин диагоналей не должна превышать 2 мм, при длине диагонали больше 2 м разница не должна превышать 4 мм.
Закрепить остальные пластины.
Удалить все монтажные клинья, кроме нижних и диагональных, согласно схеме № 3.
Установить створки на закрепленную раму, закрыть створки и поставить ручки в положение «закрыто».
При установке балконного блока проверить рамы двери и прилегающего окна на отсутствие взаимного прогиба путём замера поперечных размеров согласно схеме.
Запенивание
Увлажнить откосы при помощи распылителя или малярной кисти для лучшей адгезии монтажной пены.
Запенить шов по периметру:
Установка «оконного расширителя»
Дополнительно потребуются:
Для расширителя 25 мм
— саморезы с буром 4×40 мм;
Для расширителя 40 мм
— саморезы с буром 4×55 мм
На внешнюю часть рамы оконного блока наклеить ПСУЛ. Стянуть расширитель с рамой саморезом.
Соединение 2-х оконных блоков или оконного блока и балконной двери
Дополнительно потребуются:
сверло по металлу 4 мм, универсальный силиконовый герметик, саморезы с буром 4×50 мм
В раме 1-го окнного блока просверлить отверстия на расстоянии не менее 40 см друг от друга.
На внешнюю часть рамы 2-го оконного блока наклеить ПСУЛ. Наружный внешний паз рам заполнить универсальным силиконовым герметиком. Вставить в наружные пазы рам соединители. Стянуть рамы саморезами через просверленные отверстия
Наклейка гидроизоляционной ленты
После застывания пены в нижней наружной части оконного блока срезать пену так, чтобы она не мешала установке отлива.
Поверх обрезанной пены наклеить гидроизоляционную ленту с нахлёстом 10–20 мм на наружную часть стены.
Финальные доработки После застывания пены срезать излишки пены, выступающие из шва. Раскроить пароизоляционную ленту согласно длине монтажного шва. Удалить с самоклеящегося слоя защитную плёнку и проклеить ленту по всей длине внутреннего шва.

After removing the wedges, remove the frame from the opening. Drill bits 6 mm in diameter to drill holes for fixing the anchor plate. In the prepared holes, insert nylon dowels with a diameter of 6 mm. Clear the surface of the window opening from dust.
4Installing PSULA
How to install a pvc window
PSUL is installed if there is a quarter of the window opening. If the window opening does not have a quarter, the outer seam is sealed after installing the window frame with special moisture-proof, vapor-permeable sealants. PSUL is fixed by means of a self-adhesive layer. Paste the PSUL directly from the outside of the frame at a distance of 3-5 mm from the marking (Figure 7) with the following requirements:
Cut the PSUL along the length with the allowance for the overlap in the corner joints to the width of the tape.
It is allowed to join the tapes along the length with overlap of at least 25 mm.
5Unlocking the window unit in the opening
How to install the window yourself
Install the frame in the window opening using the wedges according to the scheme No. 3, checking the plumbing and level position of the frame.
Secure one side plate with screws 5 × 60 mm into pre-installed dowels. Recheck the correct position of the frame by plumb and level. Check the difference in lengths of the diagonals of the frame of the installed structure:
With a diagonal length of 1 to 2 m, the diagonal length difference should not exceed 2 mm, with a diagonal length greater than 2 m, the difference should not exceed 4 mm.
Secure the remaining plates.
Remove all mounting wedges, except for lower and diagonal wedges, according to scheme No. 3.
Install the leaf on the fixed frame, close the doors and put the handles in the «closed» position.
When installing a balcony block, check the door frame and the adjacent window for the absence of mutual deflection by measuring the transverse dimensions according to the scheme.
6 Frothing
We install the plastic window
Moisten the slopes with a sprayer or paint brush for better adhesion of the mounting foam.
Seal the seam along the perimeter:
If the width of the seam is not more than 45 mm, the foaming is done in one step;
If the width of the seam is from 45 mm to 70 mm, the foaming is performed in several stages;
If the joint width is more than 70 mm, it is necessary to use the appropriate «window extender»
7Supply profile
From the outside of the window block along the profile frame, put one layer of foam.

Drill for metal 4 mm, universal silicone sealant, screws with drill 4 × 50 mm
Drill holes at a distance of at least 40 cm from each other in the frame of the 1st window block.
Paste the PSUL on the outer part of the frame of the 2nd window unit. The outer outer groove of the frames is filled with a universal silicone sealant. Insert the connectors into the outer grooves of the frames. Pull the frames with screws through the drilled holes
10Noing the waterproofing tape

After the foam solidifies in the lower outer part of the window block, cut the foam so that it does not interfere with the installation of the ebb.
Over the trimmed foam, apply a waterproofing tape with an overlap of 10-20 mm to the outside of the wall.

Дополнительно потребуются:
Для расширителя 25 мм
— саморезы с буром 4×40 мм;
Для расширителя 40 мм
— саморезы с буром 4×55 мм
На внешнюю часть рамы оконного блока наклеить ПСУЛ. Стянуть расширитель с рамой саморезом.

Дальнейшие шаги
- Установить с уличной стороны отлив, заведя его в паз в нижней части рамы, и прикрепить с помошью саморезов 4×25 к подставочному профилю. Установить со стороны помещения подоконник.
- Удалить с рамы и створок защитную плёнку.
- Установить со стороны помещения пластиковые откосы или оштукатурить откосы оконного проема.
- При необходимости произвести регулировку фурнитуры.
- Установить декоративные накладки на петли.
