15-20 cm, cutting its lateral surfaces with scissors for metal (you can also use nippers or a hacksaw for metal).
2. Using dowels and self-tapping screws, screw the profiles to the floor every 60 cm. Screw the second profile to the ceiling so that it is exactly above the bottom profile.

Set the first vertical profile (the length of the profile should be equal to the height between the floor and the ceiling minus 1 cm) and screw it to one of the bottom corners curved and to the upper profile. Replace the door by placing the door frame on the vertical profile. Check the verticality of the door frame and screw it to the profile using self-tapping screws.
4. Place a horizontal profile with upwardly curved ends 15-20 cm high on the crossbar of the door frame. Screw it to the door frame and to the first vertical profile.

How to make a drywall bulkhead 6. Duplicate the vertical profiles between the top of the door frame and the top profile in order to give them more stiffness.
7. Insert the vertical profiles between the top and bottom profiles at a distance of 40-60 cm from each other. Check their verticality and screw them.
8. Wire electric cables for outlets and switches using holes in the profiles.
Advice
• Mineral fiber is recommended for soundproofing the partition.
• For suspension to the bulkhead of heavy objects, insert the reinforcement elements in their future locations.
• Insert the 70×40 (45×40) beams into the profiles to which the door is attached.
• Lay a soundproofing plate under the profile that runs along the perimeter of the partition.

Installation of plasterboard for partitions 1. Cut a drywall sheet to a length equal to the height between the floor and the ceiling with a deduction of 1 cm, necessary to protect the drywall from rising from the floor humidity.
2. Lay on the floor 2 wedges 1 cm thick (for each sheet) and use the lever to lift the sheet close to the ceiling. Make sure that the edge of the sheet is on the middle axis of the vertical profile, which will simplify the fixing.
Mounting sheets of gypsum board 3. Screw the sheets to the metal frame every 25 cm with self-tapping screws (refer to the reference points on the sheets). If the sheets have rounded edges, leave a gap of 5 mm between them.
4. Place the insulation material between the vertical profiles. Similarly, fix the sheets of drywall on the back of the partition. Verify that for each vertical profile there is only one joint of drywall sheets (alternate the outer profiles on one side and on the other side of the partition).
Tip
Try to avoid vertical joints between drywall sheets on the axis of rotation of the door.
How to cut slabs
Cutting plasterboard 1. Take a knife and a ruler. Place the ruler along the line of the cut and draw the line with the prototyping knife, pressing it hard.
Cutting gypsum board sheets 2. Place the sheet vertically and bend it at the notch location. With a protruding knife, draw a line on the back of the sheet in order to finish the cutting.
3. Use a hand saw to cut the corners or corners.
